The project consisted of forty (40) 2-BR apartment units of approximately 1,000 SF each. Site work included earthwork, site utilities, paved parking, sidewalks and stairs, utilities including off-site, water storage tanks, and other site improvements. Building work included precast concrete walls and elevated slabs, roof membrane, metal fabrications, thermal and sound insulation, non-structural metal framing, carpentry, gypsum board walls and ceilings, ceramic tile, aluminum windows, glazing, wood and fiberglass doors and frames, door hardware, cabinetry and fixtures, signage, equipment, painting, typhoon shutters, fire detection system, electrical, ventilation and air conditioning, plumbing, fire protection, generator, landscaping and complete and ready for use.

Saipan Island in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands is going through a tremendous construction surge and craft manpower shortages are the norm. Black Micro broke the major trades down into numerous -sub-trades and hired several small subcontractors, who had snall work forces, to perform specific sub-trades to complete the work.
