Navy awards contract to Black Construction for enlisted dining facility on Guam

Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Pacific awarded a $56 million firm-fixed price task order Nov. 30 to Black Construction-Tutor Perini JV of Barrigada, Guam for the construction of an enlisted dining facility at Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz (MCBCB).
The contract supports the Defense Policy Review Initiative and is funded by the Government of Japan (GOJ) as part of the International Agreement between the United States and Japan.
