Black Construction Corporation’s contracted responsibilities included the Repair and Upgrade to the existing 12000 SF PEB structure  in order to meet code requirements.

The newly renovated facility was converted into a Ship Repair Facility and Maintenance Warehouse to house various ship repair equipment.
