Camacho Landmark Center – Personal Finance
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Black Construction Corporation’s contracted scope for the PERSONAL FINANCE CENTER at CAMACHO LANDMARK PHASE 1 included the following:
- Site Clearing including provision for environmental protection, demolition of existing structures, and disposal of garbage and unsuitable soil.
- Earthworks including grading, backfilling using imported materials and compaction.
- Cast in place construction of 18,000 SF three story commercial finance and office building
- Installation of aluminum windows, doors and storefront
- Elastomeric membrane roofing application and installation of imported clay tile roofing
- Exterior Insulated Finishing System and EFS coatings
- Architectural finishes including gypsum board wall systems and painting, ceramic tile, carpeting, restroom partitions and accessories, architectural casework and millwork
- Miscellaneous metals including all aluminum railings, aluminum sunscreen trellis, bollards, and stair nosing
- Installation of “next generation” three-stop traction elevator
- Installation of fire alarm and sprinkler systems including reservoir and vertical turbine pump
- Installation of HVAC, solar water heater, plumbing water and waste systems
- Complete electrical system including 1005 back-up generator with automatic transfer switch
- Site Development including 5,917 SY of asphalt paving and line markings, 480 LF perimeter fence and 400 LF retaining walls.
- Underground utilities including storm water drainage, underground sewer, water lines including tapping to municipal supply.

- Guam Exterminators – Mesh termite barriers, soil treatment and long term bait traps

- Architectural Painting Services –Exterior Insulated Finish System and Interior Painting and caulking
- Western Pacific Millwork – Cabinetry, Millwork and solid surface Countertops
- Otis Elevator (Guam) – Traction elevator
- Geo Engineering – soil and concrete testing
- Hawaiian Rock Products – Asphalt paving
- Highway Safety Systems – Line markings and graphics
- Tradesmen, workers, field supervisors and technical staff support are all Guam based.
