• 14,552 m2 of Paint finish on walls and ceiling
• 8,800 m2 of Gypsum Walls
• 59 Fan Coil Units
• 16 Air Handling Units
• 6 units Precision A/C
• Pre-action System
• significant volume of ducting and piping works
• Vertical handling/cranage and installation of small sub-station and A/C equipment at Roof Deck (6th Floor):
