Black Construction Corporation

About Black Construction

To appreciate the company's fine performance record it is essential to understand the rigors of construction in this part of the world.  The climatic environment is extraordinarily demanding on equipment, materials and people.  The logistics of each project require detailed planning, as all products, with the exception of certain rock materials, have to be imported.  Black's success lies in its self-sufficiency.  The company has developed a diversity and flexibility, a keen ability to manage and resource every aspect of a project "in-house" from earthworks to advanced telecommunication installations. This depth of experience, project management expertise, and available resources enhances our ability to complete projects on schedule and within budget.  The increasing number of new clients as well as an increased volume of repeat business from satisfied customers further enhances our reputation. Thereby earning the Black companies the slogan, “On track with Black.”

BCC is a sister company of Black Micro Corporation (BMC). Both companies together form Black Western Pacific for DCAA audit purposes and are separated for tax and legal reasons.  The management and operations of both companies are headquartered in the Guam facilities.

The Group is owned by Tutor Perini Corporation. With more than 50 years in major construction and engineering jobs and over $5 billion in completed projects, Tutor-Saliba stands among the country's largest general contractors.
