SHIMIZU RESIDENCE – YONA, GUAM
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The Shimizu Residence is owned by Mr. & Mrs. Joseph and Annie Shimizu and located in the village of Yona, Guam. Their residence is a single story family dweling consisting of three (3) Bedrooms, 3-1/2 Bathrooms, a two (2) Car Garage with a concrete gazebo and yard space. This project included construction and finishings of a 4,889 square foot residential building and 2,380 square feet of yard space to include a gazebo with concrete roof and glass railings. The work involved construction of a concrete structure, yard landscaping and gazebo with finished kitchenette, site mechanical and electrical utilities and design development contingency.

- Installation of decorative concrete roof.
- Elegant stonework and woodwork furnishings.
- Provided plumbing, electrical and HVAC works.

- Site development, concrete retaining walls, driveway, sidewalks, two sets of electronic heavy-duty gates, stampcrete, and artificial glass.
- Black removed all construction debris, equipment and other surplus materials at the conclusion of the project on a final 3rd voyage for demobilization.
