Armani Fit-out Project, DFS Galleria - Guam

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Armani DFS GalleriaThis project involved the demolition of existing retail space and installation of new walls, partitions, store fronts and display shelves.  BCC installed stainless steel ceiling, special wall finishes and floor covering.  Also included in the scope was the installation of special light fixtures as well as an AC System and Fire Protection System. Most of the work activities were completed at night in order to minimize incoveniences to the store during normal store hours.  The existing space was ultimately converted to Emporio Armani (1st on Guam).

Significant challenges experienced on this project

Owner furnished materials did not arrive on time.  OFCI and long lead items had to be brought to Guam first, before starting the job.
